1) room by room walk through of home with owners (all owners
should
be present)
2) CSP will do another walk through and make notations in
a booklet
that is yours to keep. (pictures will also be taken
with your
permission)
3) we all sit down and review your options and go over notations
4) look at the pictures of your home through the buyers eyes.
Before I leave, you will have all the information, suggestions,
hints and tips necessary to REFLECT your house effectively
and positively to either to the real estage agent before
you list or to the prospective buyers.
